Step 2: Fill Your Details in Form

Fill in all the details that are asked in the form. Full name, passport number, visa number, and other information that are required in the form.

Step 3: Prepare Supporting Documents

Submit all supporting documents with the form. The main supporting documents are a copy of your passport, a copy of your old visa, a sponsor’s NOC letter (if possible), and a medical certificate.

Step 4: Visit Personally before Visa Expiry
